Important : The access to the apartament is via stairs, so the flat is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

25% of the booking price upon making the booking
The remaining payment shall be made no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival.

In all apartaments, regular electricity consumption of 70 to 100 kWh per week is included in the rent. Additional electricity costs will be billed to the tenant.
Location and surroundings
The house is located in the beautiful and well-maintained Capistrano Village residential area, which has communal swimming pools. There are several supermarkets within walking distance. Capistrano Village also has restaurants and bars. The nearest beach is Burriana.
