Booking Conditions

25% of the booking price upon making the booking
The remaining payment shall be made no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival.

In all apartaments, regular electricity consumption of 70 to 100 kWh per week is included in the rent. Additional electricity costs will be billed to the tenant.

The apartamento Jardines del Mar is located on the beachfront in Torrox. Approximately 1 km from the main promenade, it enjoys a quiet location and offers all the necessary amenities, such as shops, restaurants, and cafés.
