The apartamento Burriana is located on the ground floor and offers 110 square metres of living space, as well as a spacious and sunny terrace. 

The Estudio Burriana, measuring approximately 50 m², has a kitchenette, bathroom with shower and a large private sun terrace (approx. 15 m²). 

The entire duplex can also be booked. (C) , so this holiday flat with 3 bathrooms can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. With the sofa bed and an additional bed, it can accommodate up to 12 people. .

The apartment and studio in Burriana are furnished with high-quality modern furniture and, of course, fully equipped, even if they are only rented separately. Both the flat and the studio have air conditioning, which can also be used for heating in winter.
On the lower terrace, separate from the private area of the studio, there is an additional 15 m² area with a large dining table.

The Litoral  has a very quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac. Burriana Beach and its beautiful promenade are just a few metres away.
There you will find numerous restaurants, bars and shops. The beautiful old town of Nerja is also just a few minutes' walk away. A large supermarket, as well as Nerja's tennis courts and indoor swimming pool, are about a 10-minute walk away.
You can park for free on the street or, if there are still spaces available, conveniently in front of the house in the enclosed car park belonging to the complex.
