Booking Conditions
Please note that for each stay, the following costs are added to the price indicated: final cleaning (€90), registration (up to 4 people €10, each additional person €2.50) and laundry (€15 per person per set of sheets).
A bedding set contains bedding for one person, one large towel and one small towel.

In all apartaments, regular electricity consumption of 70 to 100 kWh per week is included in the rent. Additional electricity costs will be billed to the tenant.
Location and surroundings
The El Litoral D1 property is located in the ‘El Litoral’ residential area. The beach and supermarkets are within walking distance (a shopping trolley is available). However, many guests arrive by car. There is free parking (Calle Lucena) right next to the property.
From Malaga Airport, you can reach Nerja by taxi, hire car or bus.
Important : This flat is not suitable for people with reduced mobility as it is only accessible by stairs.
