The apartament has three spacious bedrooms, a modern, well-equipped kitchen, two bathrooms with showers and a living/dining room. The large terrace offers ample seating and beautiful views of the residential area and Burriana beach.
Important : The access to the apartament is via stairs, so the flat is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

25% of the booking price upon making the booking
The remaining payment shall be made no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival.

In all apartaments, regular electricity consumption of 70 to 100 kWh per week is included in the rent. Additional electricity costs will be billed to the tenant.

The Capistrano Playa 309 apartment is located in a beautiful residential area. It is recommended to arrive by car to easily reach the beach and the nearest supermarkets.
Important : This accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility, as it is only accessible via numerous steps.
