This immaculately maintained holiday apartment is located on the outskirts of Nerja's old town, directly overlooking the sea (with steps leading down to Carabeillo Beach). The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one full bathroom and one with a shower), as well as a comfortable sofa bed for one or two additional guests. The balcony, which is glazed and has large sliding doors that open completely, offers a beautiful panoramic view. The complex also includes a large communal swimming pool with a sun terrace and secure parking, which is free to use and subject to availability.
The Carabeo building has two lifts.
Important : This apartament is not suitable for people with reduced mobility as there are a few steps at the entrance.

Booking Conditions
Please note that for each stay, the final cleaning fee (€65) and registration fee (€10 for up to 4 people) are added to the price indicated. You can find more information about registration fees here .
25% of the booking price upon making the booking
The remaining payment shall be made no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Deposit €200
In all apartaments, regular electricity consumption of 70 to 100 kWh per week is included in the rent. Additional electricity costs will be billed to the tenant.
