This apartament is located above Burriana Beach, in the El Litoral residential area, with terraces on the hillside.
It is accessed via a separate entrance from the upper car park or from the beach.

Casa Sol enjoys a very quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac. Burriana Beach and its beautiful promenade are just a few metres away. There you will find numerous restaurants, bars and shops. The beautiful old town of Nerja is also just a few minutes' walk away. A large supermarket, as well as Nerja's tennis courts and indoor swimming pool, are about a 10-minute walk away.

The apartament (90 m²) with a spacious living room with dining area and an open kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom/shower can comfortably accommodate 4 people.
and with the shared use of the sofa bed in the living room and the additional inflatable mattresses, up to 6 people.

Enjoy the sea and mountain views from the large west-facing terrace (20 m²) with a dining table, comfortable chairs and sun loungers.

The flat is cosy and fully furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped with two large fridges with freezers, a 4-ring induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave,
toaster, coffee maker, kettle and, of course, a wide variety of crockery. There is also a washing machine in the bathroom.

Air conditioning, which can also be used for heating in winter, is available in the lounge and bedroom overlooking the terrace.
The apartament has fibre optic internet connection (Wi-Fi) and a smart TV with a selection of international channels.

There are usually free parking spaces available in the enclosed car park. You can also park on the street (dead end).
