The One-bedroom apartament (50 m²) with kitchenette, bathroom with shower and a large private sun terrace (15 m², west-facing) with sea and mountain views. It can accommodate two people. An inflatable bed and a sofa can accommodate one or two additional children. There is also a room (35 m²) with a futon (130 x 200 cm) and a desk. It can be reserved upon request.

Booking Conditions
Please note that for each stay, the following costs are added to the price indicated: final cleaning (€50), registration (up to 4 people €10) and laundry (€15 per person per set of linen). You can find more information about registration fees here .
A bedding set contains bedding for one person, one large towel and one small towel.

The remaining payment shall be made no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival.

In all apartaments, regular electricity consumption of 70 to 100 kWh per week is included in the rent. Additional electricity costs will be billed to the tenant.
Location and surroundings
The El Litoral D1 property is located in the ‘El Litoral’ residential area. The beach and supermarkets are within walking distance (a shopping trolley is available). However, many guests arrive by car. There is free parking (Calle Lucena) right next to the property.
From Malaga Airport, you can reach Nerja by taxi, hire car or bus.
Important : This flat is not suitable for people with reduced mobility as it is only accessible by stairs.
