The two-bedroom Sirena holiday apartment is located on the fourth floor (with lift). From the balcony, you can enjoy views of the sea and mountains. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, electric wall heating and ceiling fans in all rooms. It is also just a few metres from the sea and the beautiful centre of Nerja. This apartment also has a sofa bed.
In this building, laundry can be dried on your private balcony or on the communal rooftop terrace.
The Sirena building has two lifts.
Important : This apartament is not suitable for people with reduced mobility as there are a few steps at the entrance.

Booking Conditions
Please note that for each stay, the final cleaning fee (€65) and registration fee (€10 for up to 4 people, €2.50 for each additional person) will be added to the price indicated. You can find more information about registration fees here .
25% of the booking price upon making the booking
The remaining payment shall be made no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Deposit €200
In all apartaments, regular electricity consumption of 70 to 100 kWh per week is included in the rent. Additional electricity costs will be billed to the tenant.
Location and surroundings
The Sirena apartment is located in the centre of Nerja. The beach and several shops are within walking distance.
Important : There is limited parking available near the property.
