Booking Conditions
Please note that for each stay, the final cleaning fee (€60) and registration fee (€10 for up to 4 people) are added to the price indicated. You can find more information about registration fees here .
25% of the booking price upon making the booking
The remaining payment shall be made no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Deposit €200
In all apartaments, regular electricity consumption of 70 to 100 kWh per week is included in the rent. Additional electricity costs will be billed to the tenant.
Location and surroundings
The Torresol 609 apartment is located just a few metres from Torecilla beach. The old town is also within walking distance. There are several shops nearby.
